My programs PURPOSE, Surviving PURPOSEfully, and PURPOSEful Grief are structured but flexible to meet each client’s unique needs. I utilize a wide variety of modalities and skills based on extensive educational, professional, and personal experience. Counseling and Coaching are separate and distinct professions though they are compatible and often lend well to one another. That in mind, whenever I start working with a client, together we determine which one is most fitting and appropriate for their unique needs, desires, and goals. My heart’s desire is to use my story (as it is the whole reason and motivation behind my LLC) to help people become the deepest versions of themselves, through adventure and through pain and everything in between. I have a Masters in Counseling and 12 years of experience in grief and loss, crisis counseling, decision making, coaching, and advocacy. The clients that I am honored to serve and walk with absolutely change my life for the better. I am also trained and experienced in support group facilitation (6 years), public speaking and training (10 years).

Offerings: Up to 2 FREE consults, 60-, 90-, and 120-minute sessions, 30-minute Quick Check-ins. **I keep my fees intentionally affordable, they are based on $25 per every 60-minutes. Counseling services are for Colorado residents only. Coaching services available across the USA and also for international clients (please provide own translator if necessary).

10 years of public speaking experience to a wide variety of audiences. Experience includes motivational encouragement, story sharing, curriculum training, and life-skills education.
